If this is the hassle free service that you require for your investment, then our charges are: A one off set up fee from £100 NO VAT 10% NO VAT of the gross rent collected a month is taken as a management fee. There is a re-let fee of £150 NO VAT. if the tenant leaves and a new tenant is sought to continue renting the property. We also offer a Rent Guarantee scheme in conjunction with CCV LAS, which will take up full references and if the tenant is accepted, will guarantee against non-payment of rent and contribute towards legal costs. There will be an additional cost of £85 including £1.75 i.p.t. for this rent guarantee.
