We offer a full programme of on-the-job training and development and everyone is encouraged to study for the relevant professional NFOPP and ARLA accreditations
Michael Brownsett – Area Sales Manager
Michael learned his trade in the lettings industry, before moving into sales and exceling, driving Keymove to the fore front of the Estate agents in two large areas of Bradford. Having worked at Keymove for 9 years, Michael has the company and its client’s best interests at heart. Outside of work, Michael is a dedicated dad of two boys and spends most of his free time as a football referee for the Football Association, taking charge of games as high of the National League and Premier League reserves.
Khaqan Gondal – Area Lettings Manager
Khaqan has built up his experience within the lettings sector through 11 years of varied work experience, as well as achieving a NFOPP level 3 award in Residential Letting and Property Management, as a landlord you can be sure that your investment is in the safest of hands. With an in depth understanding of the legalities surrounded the letting of a property, Khaqan is well placed to ensure you receive with the most complete, up to date and stress free property management service.
Maariyah Akel – Property Manager
Maariyah is our Property Manager looking after our Tenants and Landlords, by ensuring all the properties are well presented and maintained to a good standard. She manages the check in's, check out's, inventories, repairs, replacements, regular property visits, deposits, you name it she will handle it! She is patient and fair, helpful and caring; she values your business both Landlord and Tenants. Maariyah has a special passion for property, prides herself on customer service, client satisfaction and providing a first class experience. Rhianne Harrison – Sales Consultant
Rhianne started her Estate Agency career as a Saturday girl at the age of 15. She began working full time as a sales consultant but then went part time so she could pursue her education and career further. In July, 2016, Rhianne completed her Level BTEC Diploma in Business at Calderdale College. Rhianne joined Keymove in August 2016 as a Sales Consultant. She has a bright future ahead with Keymove as she continues to work hard. Rhianne is currently studying towards her Level 3 business Administration qualification, as well as her National Associates Estate Agency Award.
Amanpreet (Mani) – Lettings Manager
Mani joined Keymove just over 12 months ago with over 15 years property experience, Mani has helped maintain and develop Keymove’s personal service. Mani deals with all viewings on our extensive lettings portfolio, referencing prospective tenants then moving them into their new homes. Outside of work Mani enjoys spending time with her family and two children.
Luke Parkin – Apprentice Sales & Lettings Consultant
Luke is currently on a year long apprenticeship with Keymove. He has shown great potential and a real willingness to learn. He is working towards his qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management. Luke has a real drive and ambition to forge a career in the lettings field. Taking great pride and pleasure in providing customers and clients alike with the highest levels of customer service at all times is a real passion of Luke’s. Watch this space, he is definitely a Lettings manager in the making!
